Gentle in acidity, full of summer flavors, and maintaining a beautiful peach color, it's a wonderful condiment for a number of uses:
- Salad Dressing enhancer - When you need an elegant alternative to richer, more abrupt vinegars.
- Cocktail ingredient - Perfect for Shrubs or any cocktail that requires a bit of acidity and fruit forward notes
- Marinate Meats, Seafood and Veggies - Drizzle over your chicken thighs, shrimp and zucchini before grilling.
